Im really confused as how can this be allowed,this person started to sell Mac on ebay and from their listings you can clearly see that their Mac is fake ,they have a link to their website and lots of "legal"info about 100%authenticity of their stuff yet all is just knockoffs sold as genuine...

According to their T&C their MAC is seconds with surface scratches and typo errors...am i missing something..here one of their ebay listings:
