I need some advice about being a coungter manager, i guess i sort of know a little about it, but is there any good advice i can get from anyone to get me off to a good start, or any negative feedback about being a counter manager.
Well I'm not a counter manager but as a staff member I would say that it's important to treat everyone fair. Staff need to feel that they can come to you if they need to. You need to be able to enthuse the team and if you notice someone is needing help in some areas give them advice and guidance. Find ways of motivating the team especially during quite times.
