Help with Satin Taupe

I recently bought MAC Satin Taupe, Moon's Reflection and Flashtrack. I wore Satin Taupe with Bronze and Patina today and didn't like it. I am NC45 it looked muddy on me. I wore it on lid. Any suggestions?

I use satin taupe on the lid, with mothbrown on the crease and shroom to highlight...hth

Thanks y'all, I don't have era, shroom or moth brown. Would All that glitters, Patina, Sable, or Texture work?

yeah I've done Patina with Satin Taupe and liked it...but I prefer to add carbon to the outer V to add some depth!

Satin Taupe is a bit of a gray, especially on a cooler skintone. Try using it with warmer browns/bronzes to give it some flavor.

Of those you mentioned I would try it with Sable.
