Yep- it will work with any shadow, but you need to use it lightly. Take a flat shader brush and swipe in the Vaseline (make sure there are no clumps of it on the brush) then lightly DAB on the e/s- don't swipe or it will start to smear the e/s.

I'm not sure about making the shadow crease- I have pretty dry eyelids so I don't usually have a problem with creasing. But it wouldn't hurt to give it a shot and see if you like it or not
