How well-known are you at your MAC harbor?

Hey!

Today I went to NARS to get an Orgasm blush for my friend!
So I talked to the SA and she said: "Hey, you normally shop at MAC, don't you?" And I'm all like, umm yes!
You have to know that the most awesome MAC counter is just 400 feet away in this Beauty Department!

So after that I went to my MAC counter and every girl came to me and said hi!

And I picked up my Treasures set! Yeehaw!!

So how well-known are you?

HA - that's putting it mildly I go in there and other counters ( Nordies ) hey Nicole how are you - where are you going this time...lol Me and the hubby are always going somewhere. But you know that makes me feel good ..lol MAC - well all of them know me except some of the new gals.. but don't worry they will.

Yeah!! They even made a calling list especially for me so that everytime a new color story arrives they'll call me!

My Pro Store is in another city, so they don't really know who I am. Just the manager remember me when I call, she ask me if I like my last order, and blah blah blah. But that's all!

The girls know me well at the Nordie's I frequent quite often, especially my girl Louise...she's the best...I love her!!! She is so patient with me and generous with samples (which is always a plus)!!! Oh, and Casey at the Biltmore...he is so helpful and an awesome artist...I always buy my stuff from him when I'm there. Gotta love my MAC peoples...they hook me up!!!

Well I used to be super well knowing by one MA at my MAC store... down to the fact that he knew my credit card... when I gave him a different card he said "Oh wow, you got a new one eh???" I was like OMG, you know my stuff... BAD SIGN!!! lol

Well im not that well known at all really, I go at different times of the day so there's usually a whole set of new people whenever I go. Except theres this one MA (I cant remember her name, shoot.) and shes always there and shes always the one ive dealt with

I had one guy give me his card <g> I felt honored. They recognize me at least the Wednesday evening shift does. I've heard the comment "she has more mac than I do " when I go there. I haven't been to mac in two weeks at least though :::sobs::::: I need to go back I'm thinking about hitting mac on black friday..... hmmm

hah all the MA's know me by face, and about half know me by name. i go to a Bay counter, and i work at Zeller's another HBC company, so i get a doscount at the Bay and therefore the MAC counter, so the girls are always "you always forget your discount card!"

heh. it scares my friends a little, especially when they yell hi at me when i don't even stop at the counter!

I'm not sure which store knows me better, MAC, Sephora, or Nordstrom?? Alot of the MAs and sales people in each store know me by name, what I have, exactly what I'll go for that's new, and all kinds of other stuff. I love it!

I'm pretty sure ALL of the MA's at my MAC counters recognize me and probably 90% of the MA/SA's at Sephora recognize me. An MA at one of my counters is the sweetest. Even if I don't stop at the counter, she will wave to me from halfway across the store. =)

I was at MAC last week getting the lip gelee set and browsing with my friend and Richard (my fave MA there) told a customer "Oh that's Melissa. She's our resident MAC-aholic." I thought that was very cute and sweet.

heehee. the people at my counter in macy's know me very well, and its only been a week since the mall was put in! every time i go in there they say "hey, aren't you one of stacey's girls?" and treat me really nice. stacey is my dance teacher who works there.

I am an honorary member of the MAC team at my counter... I have unpacked merchandise, carried equipment for classes, been a model, they know me when I call. The trainer from my area sees me at all the events and knows me too. They recently changed managers at my counter, but that's o.k., because the new one knows me from another store...LOL!!! (Nordstroms -- but I only go there if they have a class, or an exclusive, because I am so devoted to my MA). So, yeah, they know me...

They know me and my daughter by name which is amazing since my name Dorothy is a rarity among young people these days... and my daughter Amelie... well, that name just isn't common at all.

I must shop there way too much!!

By name. They recognize my mom and grandmother too since they shop there with me when I go. All the girls at my counter are really nice.

The people at the MAC store I go to mostly know my face. I was at the mall yesterday with 2 friends and this guy in the line at Sbarro waved at me. My friend was like, Do you know him? I said Yup, that's the manager at the MAC store! It made me feel good!
