How well-known are you at your MAC harbor?

they all know me by name, especially the manager, joe! whenever i'm there and he's there, i'm known as the VIP customer (lol), and also when no one else is in the store (except the MAs) and i go in we all scream "SOPHIA!" (my name) and i go up and hug them. it's so fun! at my store i'm known as "young MAC", "the youngest MAC-aholic", "the VIP customer", and of course, Sophia!

only my "personal" ma calls me by my name, she's so sweet, she ALWAYS helps me when she's working, seriously, always. haha, the other ones know my face though, and what I buy each time. "oh how did you like ___?" "is the ___ working out for you?"

it makes me feel special <3

Some MA's know me a little too well because of my name. It's so common that everytime they look up my account on their computer (which is pretty often lately) they have to find me out of 40 people with the same name.

At the freestanding store pretty well. Even if I go in with sweats on, hair undone and no makeup I still get treated pretty well as a regular. I had a new MA last time I was there and when she rang me up and asked my name and saw my record in the computer, she kind of gasped

. At the Nordstrom's about half the MAs know me there so I chat when I'm there but I don't got there as much.

Me and my best friend are starting to get pretty known by a lot of the MAs at the two Nordstroms we mainly go to. I'm not sure if any of them really know me by name yet, but they definitely know my face.

Quite a few of the staff at the Pro Store know me - some of them by name but I'm better known at my favourite restaurtant where even the doorman knows me by name!

I can relate to that! The bouncers at the bars/lounges my b/f and I go to havn't checked us in 2 years, they just wave us in

i think they recognize me, but i can't say they probably like me haha. i go in there ALL the time to LOOK. simply because i'm usually pretty low on funds [sup unemployed teen] so they probably hate me because i stay there forever and a day just to look hahaha.

Just about everyone knows me at my Nordie's counter - my fav SA is there. The Macy's counter, about half of them and at the free-standing store, about 3 or 4.

Yeah, I'm pretty well known at both of the local counters. The MAs know me by name and some even have pet names for me. Hehe! One of the counter managers has even told customers that if they have questions, they can ask me...

They all know me and let the new girls know that they NEED to know me as I'm in there a lot. My favorite, Tina, is always soooo sweet, and was really gentle in helping my mom pick stuff out.

I try to go different places so I don't get recognized! I used to go to one counter where I loved a particular MA, he was sweet, and I always loved what he suggested. Things I never would have thought on my own, but worked very well. He's gone now though, and I miss him. An artist who's been with MAC for a long time at another counter knows me, but I don't go there too often. She got me hooked on Chartru and Graphito paints, and Sprout and Club eyeshadow. She's a fellow green lover.

There is a Stila MA who is hilarious who knows me, even though I don't go that often.

A friendly and talented artist at the PRO store knows me I think, but somehow I'm intimidated by her, and afraid she dislikes me for some reason. I should just get over it, I know, but oh well

Not so well known by all the MA's, except for one. She knows me by name and everytime i walk through Marshall Fields she says Hi Kristen! to me.

It got so bad to the point where i wan't buying MAC for like 3 months (i was broke) she seen my family at Applebee's and came over to say Hi to us and talked to my mom and I. My dad didn't believe that I wasn't there for 3 months and said i was lying.

Not very well. The nearest MAC counter is like 30 minutes away so I don't go there too often. Not really worth the drive to buy one lipstick. I only go once every 2-3 months to buy a lot of stuff.

I have 2 MAC counters within 5 minutes and 2 freestanding and 1 more counter within 15-20 minutes. One of the 2 counters is literally across the street. That specific counter (Nordstrom) and one of the freestanding stores is my usual and 3-4 MA at each store knows me by first and last name. They actually call me sometimes to tell me when a new collection is coming out and of course, I get letters and thank you cards as well. One of the MA at the freestanding store calls me (on her own will lol) when they have something limited edition that was hidden away for a while from a previous collection to see if I want it before she puts it on the shelf haha

Only one of the MA's actually knows my name, but then she's really the only one I deal with. She knows what's going on in my life and puts stuff aside for me and waves when she sees me coming, so I guess she knows me pretty well. The others know my face, but you should see them all flock around when I show up, it's hilarious.

I think maybe there's one girl who recognizes my face. I tend to order online alot, so I don't get into the store as much as I'd like. (However, I'm sure if I went in with my 2 sons, they would never forget us lol! They're kind of active
