I think that you need to add more colors that will help with the blending. But, if you have the right brushes, it's all about practice, practice, practice. Imagine how far you have come in a year and how far you will go. I really need to come visit so you can actually see it in person and visualize stuff.

But it does look good girly! When doing such a nuetral look, though, I would define the whole crease with a darker color as well and then fade out to a lighter color just to really open the eyes. Don't be afraid to put eyeshadow above the lid/crease!
