I think that's really crappy of them to change what they claimed, but at least you know now rather than accept the job and find out.

She said she asked her boss and members of the administration and she didnt get the answer of everyone, so she dont know if she can give me this amount. She will tell me tomorow after her reunion...

Somewhere in my mind, something tells me that the perception I had and how I felt about the interview is something I have to think about before choosing. I always followed my intuition, and never got caught up in a bad situation.
