Is anyone else having a problem with the Penultimate liner?

i had the same problem and decided to talk to a MAT live chat customer service rep. I know from the many online mac communities im part of that A LOT of people are having the problem but no one is reportning it. so i was told they can do nothing because im the only case of this happening so it must be my fault. more people need to email mac about it ! i even wrote a letter to push them a little harder.

I've not had any issues with mine. Most days I don't even remember to shake it. But I do store it and my other felt tip liners (like NYX) tip down, so maybe that's why?

I DO wish I could find a waterproof felt tip liner though. My eyes water VERY BAD, so I usually end up with smudges on my top lid, which I hate.

I loved it at first but it dried up completely in a few days. I think I 've used about three times total. I've tried shaking it but I had no luck

I can't return it so it goes straight to B2M. Major dissapointment!

I had the worst experience with the darn thing. I was so excited for it too.
I got it when it first came out and after using it twice I was so sad because it was drying out. I tried giving it a good shake but that didnt work so I decided to return it for an exchange. I thought mine was just defective or something. I tried it again but it started drying up and the tip was dulling after a week of use. I did end up returning it and turning to my new love of fluidline.

I haven't had any problems with mine and I've used it everyday since it came out. I don't shake it, don't store it a certain way, it just goes in my makeup bag. The only thing I have to do it wipe the tip before I use it but I think of it the same as cleaning my brushes when I use them.

I wish you guys loved yours like I do mine

I can't stress this enough: get the Revlon liquid eye pen!! Seriously, I've been using it for maybe two months, a few times a week, and with NO shaking, NO wiping, NO whatsoever, it is still working GREAT!
The color payoff is great and it applies really evenly and smooth!!
I highly recommend it!!
GO GET IT!! NOW!!
