one thing i'd really like to bring to your attention is your use of blush. You are pale and that's a bright pink and i think you used WAY too much. It's not blended well at all.
Try this technique:
Get your blush on your blush brush, start at the temples* of your head and brush downward along your cheekbone. Because wherever you first set the brush is where most of the color is going to deposit and it looks like you just stuck it right on your cheeks. You're very pretty and i'm all about bright, dramatic makeup but you're borderline "Clownish". I'm not trying to insult you, jsut offer up some constrictive critisism.
