Just got hired as a counter mamager for Benefit!

After being unemployed for 7 months, I got the phone call today that the Macy's by my house has chosen me as Benefit's new counter manager. I am beyond excited! But (there's always a but, isn't there?) I have no manager experience so am also beyond nervous. I did work at a Sephora for 4 years so I understand selling cosmetics and have the basics of Benefit down but need advice. What should I expect? Any tips?

expect to have to be super bubbly and super crazy to be a benebabe! Lots of traffic stopping and getting bums on seats!
