lip liners

I've never used lip liners before..and if i have its usualy just to color my whole lips in to make the color stay longer lol. So all i am wondering is what are some good recs for some lipliners and how dark or light should you go to match the lipstick its going with?

I love MAC's lipliners.

I usually try to match the l/s color as close as I can.

Spice, Dervish, & Whirl are basic colors that go with almost anything.

DuWop's Reverse lipliner also works very well. I usually use it when I'm wearing a brighter lipcolor.

I like subculture and test pattern from mac...and I have to second duwops reverse lip liner. Its pretty good stuff

i like nude lip liner colours the best - Test Pattern if you can get it, is wonderful.

the only thing i've found that comes close is Sephora's house brand in shade 114.

and i have Stripdown for the days when i'm wearing dark lipstick.

I heard stila lip glaze pencils are good. there supposed to be softer and are made to work with glosses.
