I've NEVER been a lipstick/gloss/ color kind of person. I really don't like the way it feels and I'm not used to seeing my self with colored lips. I don't even like lipgloss because my lips are huge and I feel it brings too much attention to them. And it's sticky. What lip products do you recommend for an NC50 with full lips, who doesn't want to feel like she's wearing too much on her lips? Thank yers!

If your a pigment kinda gal, you could blend yourself a colour with your fave chapstick. They also make lots of tinted lip balms that aren't sticky or too intense. You could try Burt's Bees (I know they make 'em), there's another brand called TerraTints sold at healthfood stores and they make some lovely, lightweight tinted lip balms!

Try too-faced's lip balm... they also have just a normal balm, but the brownish one would look really good on you.... and it smells like chocolate!

Have you tried MAC's tinted lip conditioners? Something like Plum Perfect or Soothing Beige might look really good on you.

i looove the covergirl wetslicks fruitspritzer lipglosses! They're sheer but with a hint of color, they smell amazing and theyre cheap! It feels really good on your lips too.

NARS has a nonshiny liptreatment with no color, just conditioners, in a lipstick form.

*~*Some glosses/balms that I love are: Clinique Superbalm in Mango & Grapefruit, C.O Bigelow Rose Salve in the pink tin (not Rosebud, that stuff smells like motor oil imho...lol), Dior Addict Ultra Gloss Reflect, DiorKiss, & MAC Nymphette l/g is one of my faves, it's got enough warmth in the pink color to be wearable, and it's got enough gold to neutralize...it's perfect!!!

Have you tried a lipgelee? They're sooo light and sheer and make your lips feel really soft. I also second the tendertones (you can get these cheap at a CCO now) and the clinique mango tint (now that I think about it you can get this at a CCO too! lol)

EDIT: Oh! And try a Slimshine or two when they come out!! They feel silky and they're pretty sheer and not sticky at all.

I'm not much of a lip product wearer other than lipbalm, but I really like Lipgelee, Tendertones, and Slimslines.

I'd try a sheer finish lipstick with a natural color one or two tones darker than your natural color like Bobbi Brown's Sheer Lipstick or a somewhat matte finish. Apply it with a brush so you can control the intensity.

This is kinda late but I'm like you, new to lip products and not a big fan of lipgloss due to the stickiness. Some of my favourites are Clinique's Almost Lipstick, Bobbi Brown's creamy lip colour and Vincent Longo's lip stains. Hope that helps!

I´m not into "real" lipstick and find lipgloss too sticky, but I really love the MAC slimshines. Not sticky, just a hint of colour (I got it in gentle shimmer) and it feels very light.
