Softlips has tinted lip conditioners that I adoreee :O!

I second the Lo'real tinted lip balms from the HiP line.. they're nice and moisturizing and have a big boost of color. If you want something dramatic and less shiny though, I'd go with a lip tint from Stila or Benefit. They color your lip without leaving the heavy lipstick or lipgloss feel.
