Lipglass/Lipstick going bad

I do agree about the glass stains going rancid quickly, even the tasti ones. Mine all lasted lesss than a year! Now I just avoid buying their squeeze-tube glosses. The classic clear glass isn't as bad, but it still doesn't seem to last as long as the wands.

The lipsticks haven't been a problem at all, I have 2 yr old ones that seem almost new. Then again I don't use them very often as MAC's lipsticks tend to make my lips peel.

I think the skinfinishes will last longer than 2 years because it is a powder product. I may be wrong but I think 24 months is the longest MAC will put on a product.

i bought a 2N l/g a couple weeks ago and it says AA7 on the bottom...when i opened it, it smelt like crayons :S

Yea I have a few lg's from mac that smell like crayons too and taste real weird.

I got a lipglass 4 years ago n the colour dint look good at all.I still kept it and then i decided to mix it with other colours and it tastes fine and smells normal.

unfortunately some batches are bad from the start. my (and the entire batch) BLM fashion pack lipglass was bad. even if you exchange it you'll probably get another one that is rancid. it happens rarely, but does happen.
