Almay Remover for Waterproof Makeup can be purchased at pharmacies and works really well for waterproof stuff. It's oil based as well, is inexpensive, and doesn't sting my eyes at all. I love this remover!! It comes in a pink-ish type of plastic bottle.
You need to use remover for waterproof make-up, because the liquidlast are waterproof. I've tried some cheapo ones (Maybelline, Almay, etc) and they all worked.
