I put up the same question some weeks ago and most of the girls recommended Hug Me! I'm a NC15 btw! So maybe you want to check that out?
Viva Glam V looks awesome too!

Hug Me is great, Viva Glam V works on everyone (but you can't get it in a B2M if that's what you're looking for)...

You might want to look at the viva glam palette and the other holiday palettes. You get 6 colors that work on the majority of people.
