MAC 187 a fake????

I just bought this on Ebay. The seller was Marescot. The seller had 99.9% feed back. They also said if this brush was fake, then I would get my money back. So here are pictures. What is the black polish on the handle suppose to look like?

It actually looks pretty authentic too me from the pictures. Mine looks pretty much exactly the same. And I know mine is auth as i purchesd from maconline. My brush also says japan and all.

Imo its real. I could be wrong ..but i have seen some fakes that u can tell immediately by looking at it that its fake.

I agree, it doesn't have any of the signs of the classic #187 fakes.
