I have a couple of mineralize from MAC that are similar (midnight frost is one of them) but Fathoms Deep is such a deep gorgeous purple and the formula is great.

It was an amazing collection. Don't give up entirely. Sometimes Mac counters have stash tucked away off the floor. Call around and ask. It's worth a try.

Alluring Aquatic was probably my favorite MAC Collection so far this year, but I only managed to snag a bronzer and a lip glass, not the eye shadows and lipsticks I wanted. Hopefully by the time I have more money set aside for makeup, and after I purchase some more high priority items, local counters and/or Nordies will have some shadows left.

Play with it the evening with different brushes before you wash your mu off. That way you can make mistakes and not have to worry about fixing them.
This is exactly what I do! LOL. I redo my eyes right before taking off my makeup, just as a practice run. Also try diff bronzers and blushes and the many different testers I get from Sephora.

For anybody in the Lower Mainland area of BC, I was at the Mac store in Metrotown last Saturday, and they had almost a full drawer of Alluring Aquatics stock. I didn't look at it carefully, so not sure if there were lipsticks (there well may have been), but definitely a lot of bronzer and/or blush boxes.

I was at a mac counter yesterday and they had one left! I had been thinking the same thing as you. I didn't really care for the color during summer but I tried it on and thought it would look really pretty now that we're in the fall. I snatched it up right then and there!
