Okay...I am a little confused here...
What do you mean by cutting costs? From my public perception of their independent stores and counters, they look like they are doing much better than the other cosmetics companies. Is it just the standard, "folks aren't buying as much, so that's they reason profits are down?" Or is there another reason? Sometimes you wonder if the "higher ups" are pocketing more than they should. All I know is that in every city I've been in, MAC has had a long line to get served...
But, I am glad to see they gave you a gift for Christmas. You don't hear of that anymore in any line of work.
