Wow! They look pretty! Since I've heard that they don't have that tendertone smell or the vanilla aroma, then I'll only get one and that's about it.

they are sticky, and stringy. they aren't vanilla-y like the TLCs, and they aren't strawberry-kiwi-y like the TTs. its hard to describe the taste, but they aren't yucky tasting.

i'm only gonna get and use the one i get for gratis. i'm ok with lipgloss being sticky, but not my lipcare.

I second that! Yeah if they don't smell like the TT's then screw that I'll just skip, I got enough moisturizing lip products, hopefully MAC will see to eventually re-release the TT's, hell if they were permanent that would be fantastic but it probably won't happen

but if they're stringy and sticky... i don't know. i might try the hip jelly balms instead, then. cheaper, and supposedly like tendertones...

L'Oreal Hip Jelly balms are not at all sticky, and feel really nice and moisturizing (IMO, anyway), and you get a little sheer color--but no SPF.

Thanks, I will check those out. With all of my sensitivities I much prefer no SPF, TBH.

nooooo! if these were at least actually tinted on the lips, i'd buy a couple. i might just go with one now - if any at all. i'm in the sun so rarely...

Thy don't smell like the lip gelees either, those have vanilla in them. They are sheer like them tho. I'll try to post a pic of the stringiness of them.

You know what. I'm going to skip this collection since MAC won't re-release the tendertones. I even saw them at my CCO and they smell like candy! I was going to get one but I might end up getting one whenever I can.

hmmmm are they more of a fruity scent or a sugary/candy smell? TBH I'm not a huge fan of the vanilla scent... it gets a little boring after a while :p

for some reason the first thing that comes to mind when i smell them is blistex (the one in the blue tube). i used this ages ago and don't even remember if this is what they actually smell like, but for some reason this is the first thing that came to mind when i smelled em.

as long as it isn't another bloody vanilla scent

it would have been nice to bring back the stawberry kiwi scent but oh well, I suppose the smell of blistex is nothing anyone really dislikes.. so i guess these go on my list :p

i love the vanilla scent that mac lip stuff has but it is nice to have something different every once in a while (as long as it's not crayon smell - gone off lipgloss is not good!!)

I actually think it's one of the best things about the lip products.
