A label maker is one of the best gifts my husband has ever gotten me! Romantic, no?
Sure beats a frying pan

Getting prepped to attend a morning graduation ceremony tomorrow and heading to Macys. I can only get one today, should I choose Mooncake or Eclair PP? I don't think I can wait until TR anymore for them

I'm just realizing that LW is drying. It doesn't feel dry on, but I'm getting the parched lined pruney lips. I guess I'll have to wear a primer or exfoliate more. Still love it though. I wore it today with the quite cute quad.
NICE...and on theme too. I started exfoliating daily w/Vanilla Bean lip scrub by Sara Happ. The improved wearability of my lipsticks is unbelievable. I also use MAC P & P Lip.

Yes I exfoliate every day with a Lush lip scrub which is basically sugar and oil (and tastes yummy) and I do use Prep n Prime lip too. Both definitely help alot. I only started using prep n prime about 2 months ago but I wouldn't wear lipstick without it now. It really makes a big difference, just not enough for certain lipsticks. Sigh. Thank you for your help though. I'm glad there are other people with the same problem and it's not just me. I actually tried RS with a lip liner (NYX Dolly Pink) and it did help abit but it still looked a mess. So I think I'm going to have to leave LW. As much as I love the colour I just can't afford to waste money on a formula I know isn't going to work for me. I've been looking on different blogs trying to compare RS and LW on the lips and they look like the formulas are the same. I've been trying to reassure myself that I least I have a lavender/lilac coloured lipstick. I mentioned earlier in this thread that I have Mac Blooming Lovely from Liberty of London collection. It's more opaque and grayer than LW, but it's a little more pink when I use a pink liner underneath so I suppose it's better than nothing. Besides it's probably not a colour I'd reach for as often as my other lipsticks. So I'm going to spend the money on Eclair p/p instead. I was afraid it might be similar to Maybelline colour tattoo in On and On Bronze (UK name)/ Bad to the Bronze (US name), but it's just too gorgeous to care lol. Thank you everyone for your help and advice, I'm so happy I joined Specktra! :)
I have Bad to the Bronze and Eclair, and I don't think they're that similar. Eclair is more milk chocolatey and not as dark/cool-toned as Bad, in my opinion. I use Eclair a LOT more, so I think you'll like it.

Thank you Rainbunny, you convinced me lol. I love Bad to the Bronze anyway so I know now I will love Eclair too.

Eclair has a very nice texture, too. But doesn't sound like you need any more convincing! LOL.
Haha I know. I just ordered it with Riri Woo and got free shipping, which was all the more reason to get it lol. I'm really looking forward to trying Eclair, I know I'll end up using it alot.

Eclair is my very first paint pot and I love it. I think it applies best with just using your fingers .
