I know what you mean with the long wait and then not buying a lot, the "new" feeling is gone

What did the very long email from the head of sales say? Thank you for your email or was there more?

I cannot imagine having to wait another month knowing that other people already have and our enjoying their new stuff. I have no patience as it is ... sorry those of you in other parts of the world have to wait ... that really does suck!

I had written an email when the Flashtronic/Rushmetal collection was 2 weeks late (released beginning of august in the states but still not seen in october), accusing MAC of treating Scandinavia as if we were Uzbekistan or To-far-away-to even-bother-istan or somewhere. He answered with a long story of how a truck with all the goods left Belgium and just dissappeared in a mysterious way. So that all the stuff had to be shipped over from the U.S. one more time. I still wonder where all that Flashtronic and Rushmetal went.
Anyway, I did question the fact that we have to wait 3 weeks longer than macoholics in the states, but he didn't answer that.

My list is getting smaller with all the dupe suggestions! I will be taking swatches in with me. I hope Flip has better colour payoff than EA because i love EA, but the payoff isn't so great.

Didn't you post that when it happened? I remember reading a story like that here & we all laughed thinking that would be the bestest truck ever to hijack!

Yup,I was the one posted that!That seriously pissed me off when that happened.

A truck with shipments of Heatherette left d.c.that was meant for Macy's counters in ma and ct disappeared.My friend at MAC told me it was stolen,so my counter got Heatherette late because they had to send another shipment.And then my counter didn't get the bps or the glitters and two of the lipglasses in.I def feel for GlamQueen.But I sent an email to MAC cs saying how I upset I was about this.They sent me an email apologizing and sent me a free Electric Coral pigment

So that made me feel better.
