I got to see most of this IRL yesterday thanks to my fave MAC MA and friend (I know you are reading...you know who you are
). There was a box missing so there were a couple of things I didn't get to see but what I did see.. All I can say is
Alot of my list changed and here are my random thoughts..
The MSFs are amazing. The redhead is my favorite and was the only one on my list until I actually saw the others. All are gorgeous and I will get Blonde (in addition to redhead) which IMO will be one of the first things in the collection to sell out. I don't normally put pink on my face (due to rosacea) but this adds a remarkable glow and looks like it can be use on all skin tones. I wish I could use the Brunette one but feel it would be too dark for me even in the summertime (I am C2/NC20).
Another predicted sell out? Strawberry Blonde. Not something I would have normally picked out but gorgeous on.
I didn't like the look of Pincurl in the pot but it is gorgeous on. Especially when used for a smoked look with Top Knot. Speaking of Top Knot, it is gorgeous in the pan but takes some work to use.
French Cuff and Flip are beautiful. I have Femme Fi so nothing new there. I also saw Knight and Deep Shade which are pretty but not colors I am interested in.
Some of the lippies had not come in but I did see Peroxide (meh), Live and Dye and Quick Tease. Chignon is goreous as is Blow Dry.
I did not get to see B Babe, Red Devil or Henna (all of which are on my list).
Finally I did get to see the one piece that had every MA in the store drooling..the 226 brush. It is AWESOME! Make some room in your budget for that one.

oh, I wish Flip was as coppery as on Meryl's photos! I can't wait to see more swatches, eventhough I deep inside know Flip is yellow-gold..

Nordies counter here told me they would have the stuff out to buy on FRIDAY? Does anyone familiar with Nordies know if this was just a mistake that she said, or if Nordie's actually releases collections on Fridays instead of Thursdays for some reason?

Those of you who are lemming the 214 brush, QUO has an awesome dupe of it called "Smudger Brush."
QUO brushes are a hit and miss for me but this one is amazing and well worth the $8
I believe QUO is only available in Canada?

100 strokes is definitely the darker shade. And, it is gorgeous!

100 Strokes is the darker color. French Cuff is a repromote so you can see some pics of it in the swatch thread from its previous release HTH!!!

I'm still not sure whether or not i'm getting the 165 brush. I want it but I don't think I need it. Especially because I already have the 116 and it looks similar in size and what it does. except the 116 is paddle-shaped?
So tempting.. i guess i'll make up my mind once more reviews start coming in.

Dont own anything like it and as much as I love my 224 I think the 226 will deliver more precision

So I have been a very good little girl and decided to only get the 226.
I will get the 214 a little later since it's perm.
I have yet to get a MSF yet like some of you but it just seems like something I can pass on for now.
And the lippies look gorgeous but I'm really loving Angel right now and want to focus all of my attention on it,besides that I have Heatherette lipglasses that have been used 3 times at the most?

so its still not showing recent postings so the only way to see them is to post. no new info except for that i put these in the drawer today and i'm super excited for thursday to come!
we only have 4 of each of these to sell:b-babe, chignon, and blow dry.

Much nicer price tag! Plus, Quo brushes are frequently on sale. However, they just don't have the life span. I have a blush brush from them that had the handle unglue itself from the ferrule.
