Ok, so I wasn't excited about this collection because it implied "rules"...like certain colors must be worn for certain hair colors. I know that's not the idea, but still.
But after seeing all these colors and the photos, I've decided that I want EVERYTHING....however, I've got to think about HK...so I've got to control myself. I really love all the eye shadows from the brunette and blonde colors. I'm also loving the lipglass and lipstick from those as well. OH LORD...and those MSF's.... I want all of those!

Here's what I'm thinking so far:

Henna, Deep Shade
Knight, Pincurl, Topknot (possibly the prettiest color in this collection)

lippies:
Quick Tease
Peroxide
What A Do!

165 & 226(most excited about this one!) brushes

and The Blonde and Brunette MSF... maybe the redhead


January is going to be meager in the TDoll household...lol

SO my HK list just got smacked smaller. I will just stick to the products and 1 makeup kit from HK. I love the BBRs entire collection.....I am thinking about getting ALOT! I am crossing the color boundaries! Boundaries never really worked for me. I am an equal opportunity color lover!!!!! I think this will turn into my CoC!!!

I think that's why this collection pissed me off to begin with... I was taking it too seriously.

Just a personal note

I know what is going on in the US and worldwide economy right now and that many of us have spent a lot on MAC during the last months.

I work with mentally handicapped children and used to work in the elderly care in a nursing home for five years during my time at university.

If I learned one thing: Enjoy your life every single day! Don't be irresponsible, but enjoy your life. You can have a car accident tommorrow or whatever. And I don't want to be 85 years old one day sitting in a nursing home and ask myself: Have you really made the best of your life? I can say from today's view: Yes, I did

^^^ Agree. I've lost my beloved grandma and dad at a very young age, and going through both funerals made me realize everything in life is impermanent and we have to live each day as if it will be the last.

Still-not-too-sure:
Femme-Fi e/s <-- cause I have Shroom already

100 Strokes e/s <-- I have no idea what I am going to use this together with
Pin Curl e/s <-- Hmm...white?

It'll be awesome (and my wallet will be very happy) if someone can talk me out of the not-too-sure-yet list

I'm not Moxy, but...

I'm convinced I can skip Pincurl because I have Gesso and a bunch of highlighter shades. Plus, it's just a frosty white. What will I use it for and when? It's not as though it's something incredibly unique that I will never find again. Femme Fi is a creamy highlight shade. Pretty, but hardly mandatory.

As for 100 Strokes, what about it appeals? Do you think you'll use it? If not, what's the point? It's got me hesitating because I'm not sure it's a colour I'm really on good terms on, considering the latest swatch.

Flip just looks really pretty. Sorry.

As for 100 Strokes...it's kindda confusing. The product description says it's Ice Pink, but the swatch looks more like Bronzy Pink to me.

I might consider it if it's Ice Pink, but Bronzy Pink? Hmm...I really don't know how am I going to use that.

Score!!!! I love my Team No!!!! I skipped Chill too.

Yeah, I'm really not feeling 100 Strokes right now. If I continue to feel this way, I will simply skip it. If you're not loving it and have no clue what to do with it, you should probably just Say No to That Ho.

Since Chill also has a white e/s, which do you all think is a more interesting and versatile white: Pincurl or Vellum? I've only see their swatches, not IRL.

My vote is... neither. Pincurl is just a frosty white. Yawn. Vellum has a blue duochrome, but so does frozen white pigment, which is perm. So, why not get a sample of that? Problem solved, and for cheap.

I cannot wait for Henna! If this is a pretty, dark gold similar to Woodwinked (but more gold!) I think it will look good on just about every skin tone!

I would hope the Pincurl is smoother (I'm sorry, but I loathe the chunky mess that is frost!), but it sounds like you could likely get away with it.

Hurray! One less shadow to have on the need list!
