I've been stalking this board for days and I finally got my OFF and KIC in the mail the other day. I wore KIC today and it was absolutely stunning. It definitely creates an effortless Snow White-esque look that's perfect for the fall/winter! I'll be trying OFF tomorrow but I was so impressed by the wear and feel of KIC that I just ordered WG
I'll be reviewing these fully on my blog in a few days after I try out all the colors but here's some pictures of the colors and wear:
The pictures are blurry, don't know how to fix that but basically:
1) On my cheeks (and applied somewhat heavily for it show up in pictures), KIC lasts for more than 8 hours on top of foundation and WITHOUT powder. It's been almost 12 hours of wear and it's still going strong on my cheeks. It's faded but you can definitely tell that I'm wearing blush. Without powder it gets slightly dewy after 4 hours of wear but nowhere near shiny or oily. My pores do show a bit through without powder on top but this does not happen with powder on top. I can definitely see this lasting for 16 hrs with powder. This might look shiny on bare skin or very oily skin.
2) On my lips, these are so creamy, smooth, and pigmented. It's easy to apply sheer or to full opacity. It's not nearly as long lasting as on the cheeks but I've gone through lunch, dinner, snacks, and kissing (after the 5 hrs mark) with this on. With full opacity it looks like a vibrant somewhat glossy lipstick. After 3 hours, it's a medium rosy shade. After 5 hrs it looks like a lip stain. After 8 hrs, it's almost gone. While moisturizing at first, it started to lack moisture and glossiness after 4 hours. I don't have problems with dry lips so it never felt drying for me but if you do have very dry lips, I wouldn't recommend this. However, for how pigmented this is, it's extremely moisturizing compared to matte or satin lipsticks. It doesn't feather or settle into the lip lines.
Sorry for the long post but I definitely recommend this if you are looking for long wear and high pigmentation but 1) don't have very oily skin or 2) don't have dry lips.
And of course, this is all my opinion and my take on the MAC Casual Colours so you might feel differently and that's why there's returns!
