The highlighters are pretty but have the chance on being too frosty. So how does everyone use thier highlighers? I only own 2 MSF's- Triple Fushion & By Candelight (which I dropped on the floor and it broke! But I still use it)

I currently use By Candlelight too and apply it with an ELF Studio Fan Brush.

I do rather like the promo pic tbh.
The nip slip aside, it's pretty with a side of ugly.. which I rather fancy
also really loving the glow she has going on, on the face and arms! is this just the photo or actual makeup?

Now to the actual products, so far, just speculation and opinion of course..
I was thinking possibly one (or both) of the highlighters but the more I think about it the more I think I would never get through the use of those full sized pans of products..esp just for highlighting! And is it just me but do they look more glittery/frosty than some MSFs?
Long story short.. I'd rather save some cash and find similar colored eyeshadows and use them as highlighters
only because I feel like I might actually get through the product and get my moneys worth...

It's not just you, I'd noticed that as well. It seems in keeping with the collection, but I'll have to see what they actually look like when they're on skin. I remember that By Candlelight looked uber-frosty at first, but then when applied with a light hand, it just became this gorgeous glow.

That's such a good idea!!! I never thought about that lol... I need a highlighter but I really won't use such a big pot... that's probably why I haven't bought By Candlelight, though that golden glow looks really pretty, I keep thinking it will be too light

well i much prefer paints to paint pots. because they are more dry in texture so they dont crease on me whereas sometimes paint pots do crease. so i guess it's different for everyone!

i'm one of those folks where mascara runs, eye liner smudges and cream shadows crease like a mofo. thank heavens for greasepaint sticks and opulash.

i'm trying to hold back, but dangerous cuevee sounds very tempting.

I love Resort Life, so I can't wait to purchase more of the lipgelee from this collection.. I just love the glitters & the texture of it, it's not sticky like normal lipgloss

Then I'll be getting the quad for sure.. It's just too pretty to missed out on

Using eye-shadows as high-lighters on cheeks never worked for me. It never gives the pretty glow like my face highlighters do such as MSF's or some beauty powders.

I still feel like these crinkly high-lighters may get hard/crusty after a while like the rose romance beauty powders.
