Oooooh good point. Just wonder why this collection, do they think it's a high sellout risk? I guess we'll see either way.

I don't think so. I bet there will be some backorder notices as soon as the people start mass orders.

But logistically, it would be a great idea to do so in the way you suggested it. Keeping the production in tune with the pre-order demand reflects the simple principle of Post-Fordism - though MAC certainly needs to take up some reading on consumption theory.

Same here. I'm almost over iris and naturally also smh, but I'm sure that will change when I see some swatches.

I know! I hate that! We all get excited about these new collections, but then thay make us wait wayyyyy toooo long for pics and swatches. It's like you have to be a detective to find out what you like & want. Makes you lose interest after awhile. I want ALL the pretty makeup and I want it NOWWWWW! HeeHee
I'm sure we'll find a reason to love Daphne again once she shows her pretty face.

I know that blog. The blogger takes photos of products from new collections from other blogs all the time. None of those pics are her/his own, I'm pretty sure.

I would love to do Nordstrom's pre-order, but I would love to see some swatches first so I have an idea what I want & what I don't. I am very tempted. Is anyone on here going to do a pre-order? What are you guys/gals planning on getting? As of now. I think I may just stick with the prolong lip cremes. I definitely want Seasoned Plum. Maybe Approaching Storm and Red Dwarf. I'm deciding on Azalea Blossim blush ombre and whether I really need or want it. I've decided against the quad because I am really interested in the YSL Face Candy collection shadows. Augh!!!! I can't make simple decisions anymore.
