but perhaps you guys who want it more intense could use ruby woo lipstick as a base?

I was planning to try a red lipliner beneath, but somehow I am still a bit disappointed. Although the glosses stay on for hours, but are sticky as a flytrap.

I just cant ever seem to wear lipglass unless I have my hair up, which isn't too often. Long hair & a slight breeze and its HELLO STICKY HAIR!

Me too! It's so annoying when it flies into the gloss. I have these annoying parts of my hair near my ears that never seem to grow and wont go in a clip and they keep going into the gloss and be darned if there isnt always some stray one that I cant pull out! Arrgghhhh. I try not to mess the gloss up trying to pull the hair but it never fails to ALWAYS have one that just wants to stay there and I never find the damn connection point.

If I wanted parts of my hair to stay out of the clip it wouldnt do it but if I have gloss there they go.

Oh and I used Goldmine in the inner 1/3 then Lucky green on the rest of the lid and Sassy on the outer V and crease. It looks nice but I'd like to try something else with it.

I also find that very annoying! But does it stop me, NO! Ah, the things we deal with to look pretty!

I am happy with the sheer red of blod & brash, I think I will wear this as an every day color. If it was full on opaque red, with glitter, it would be less wearable for me.

the stand outs of this collection for me is, sassy grass, going bananas, and gimmie that. I also got bold and brash, but it isnt as bold and red as i would have liked, its still pretty awesome though!

Ya sky blue isn't that great. It takes so much just to get the color dark enough where you can see it. I'm hoping using it wet will be better

I always wonder who decides which country gets what. The dazzleglass cremes did not make it to Germany, but Dare to Wear did. I do not have to understand this though

We also never get a collection with dazzleglass cremes in it and we didn't get superglass and the dazzle lipsticks. The reason: dutch woman don't like glitter

I do like glitter MAC!

Yes, that was the same reason for Germany not getting the Dazzleglass Cremes. I wonder why they think that?

I wanted it to be wham-bam red! I think now that I've heard that, I can leave it and not regret it..

What do you think about Gimme That ? is it very bold and loud or wearable, I bought Dare to dare but now I'm also thinking about Gimme That.

I'm still new to wearing lip products so I know that I wouldn't really weary a very bold lipglass (but on the other hand I did use a lot my Pleasing slimshine)

I'm also wondering why, but there is hope. Tartan Tale has some dazzleglass cremes and we will get Tartan Tale

I like it.. it can be both bold or wearable imo. To make it wearable I apply some Vaseline before putting a little bit in the lmiddle of the lip, and then spread it out. It's still quite a bright colour though.

I'm wondering whether MAC thinks that glitter doesn't sell well in these countries? And neutral, more wearable products sell better?

I'm in love with these lipglasses - I bought two, and then went back two days later and bought the rest. my favorites are Gimme That and Bold and Brash, although Dare To Dare is great too. I actually have four in my cart on the Nordstroms site - I really want to back up my four favorites, something I almost never do, but these are too good to run out of.

I personally don't find them too sticky - the regular lipglasses are much more sticky to me than the D2W ones. And they last longer, too. MAC really hit a home run with these.

You're welcome

Yeah, I think if you're unsure of them that's the best thing to do, cause these are very love/hate.

I find them more tacky/thick then sticky.. I think because you only apply such a thin layer it can't really be sticky.

I've been eyeballing Gimme That.
However, I don't generally wear lip gloss on its own.
Is Gimme That too intense to be worn over lipstick?
I generally like Dazzleglasses for that purpose, since they're so sheer, and I just bought Fabulous Fun, from Digi ...

I'm trying so hard to be sensible.

I'd say it's too opaque possibly? So lipstick wouldn't make much difference.

I think it's a bit too opaque for liner or lipstick to make much difference. You can certainly experiment.
