MAC - Double Dazzle Discussion

All my Dazzleglasses have had huge air holes. I've only used Baby Sparks and Steppin Out a few times each and I can't believe how much has gone

Although, I have discovered I can be a little lighter handed, get the same results and use a lot less.

The scents appear to vary too. My Smile DG is like a vanilla overload and the others don't have as much scent.

Still ... I adore the Dazzleglasses

You can only get lipsticks at counters, no shadows or glosses whatsoever. All stores off dazzleglass for b2m.

Hey guys. Goldyrocks is the first dazzleglass to be sold out on MAC's website. I'm glad that I ordered a backup of it.

i ended up buying moth to flame. still loving it over la vanilla lip butter. a little tempted to buy rags to riches now, but i doubt i'll get much use out of that one because there's just so much damn glitter.

I'm thinking about getting another Stop! Look! since I love the color so much! I was almost tempted to get Like Venus but had to hold off a bit lol I'm also tempted to get another Goldyrocks off of Nordie's website LOL

ok, I received my three d/g today - Goldyrocks, Stop! LooK! and Utterly Posh.

and I'm annoyed. There was a big air bubble in Goldyrocks, and bubbles at the top of the other two. What the hell is with that?? Really really annoyed.

My impressions of Goldyrocks and Stop!Look! are that they are both extremely sheer and I will use thse over lipsticks. Definately not backup worthy. Utterly Posh on the other hand is absolutely gorgeous!! This has a lot of pigment and can be worn on its own no problems. Definately thinking about a backup of this one

It really pisses me off that you guys say there seems to be even less product now. For the amount they are selling dazzleglasses for, there should be more damn product in it. And please nobody say "you dont have to buy them" because I do love dazzleglasses but dont want to feel like Im being ripped off.

You definitely should slow down on getting back-ups of perm products! Like Venus will always be there, so really.. you need to hold off!

I use my dazzleglasses very sparingly but I still think there is less products in them this time around

I am not happy...I will use the ones that I have and that will be it! no more dazzly stuff for me

I hate stupid bubbles! The only dazzleglass which I feel that I must have is rags to ritches! It's sooo pretty. And vie veneto when it comes out.
Most other ones were sheer with not enough dazzle.

I called MAC about the air bubbles and they said that since it's done by weight, they might not be filled all the way to the top. I think it's ridiculous - they should have adjusted the packaging or the formula to make sure that these didn't have 3/8" of empty space in them. You use lipgloss by volume (the volume it takes to cover your lips) not by weight, so since it's less volume, we're getting fewer applications than with past, less dense dazzleglasses. And that whole giant air bubble thing works to make people feel even less like paying the extra money to get these dazzleglasses. Hello, marketing psychology, anyone? You'd think a company like MAC would know better.

I usually would never wear any kind of gloss without lipstick, but these I think I actually like even better without. They are gorgeous!

Right now i only have Steppin' Out but from looking at the swatched im definitly wanting Rags to Riches and possibly Moth to a Flame, and Pink Venus..I kinda want all of them to be honest, but its hard to decide what to get, with my financial situation I really shouldnt be buying any.
