Whats the darkest skin range that you could use the 2 S&S
that come in the new Dsquared2 collecton? I'm somewhere
between NC/NW20-30. I had a mac makeover once and the
girl used a NW 20 Concealer and NC30 Studio Fix Powder.
Which one of the two would be better for me?

yay! it looks like the sculpt/shape compacts now come with mirrors

are they releasing just two? I use Accentuate/Sculpt - i hope that will be one of the two.

I love the sculpting shade and the highlighter part is amazing as well. I love that it's not shimmer-heavy, it just lightens up the skin and looks natural.

You'll want accentuate/sculpt. You're about as dark (maybe a tad darker) as you can go and still have it show the right way.

I did a search in this thread, but couldn't find the answer in here...

I get the idea of the s&s duo, sort of. The darker color is obviously to contour. Is the lighter color a highlight?

I'm pretty new to doing a full face (I just started using MSF with BBR, just started usind a foundation primer about a month ago, still haven't actually tried contouring, wtf), so sorry if this is a totally silly question. :p

Also: NC20, I'm guessing, would want to go with the lighter of the two duos in this collection? The shades in Accentuate/Sculpt look scary dark for me in the pictures...

yes, the light side is for highlighting. i actually think the lightest one is ugly, and that they shouldn't have made it. the contour colour is a funky orangy kinda colour. i'd go with accentuate/sculpt, which is what i have, and at my lightest i'm nc20.

^ thanks bunches! I probably would have bought the lightest one sight unseen without your advice (and regretted it horribly).

I am still a bit disappointed about this collection

No lipglasses and no e/s.

But more money left for other fall collections!

see it's a good thing that it's a small collection! all i've be getting is the grease paint sticks... and i'm thinking that i'll just get one now rather than both of them.

Has anyone tried the Lip Erase product? I'm intrigued here...
I love a nude lip but am pretty pale for most of the year with lips on the pale pink side too, is dim the right color, or should I try this in the pale shade from the pro store?

^ I would like to know about the Lip Erase as well! Hopefully it's not too drying? I just use a cheapo NYX lipstick (Circe) whenever I want to pale down my natural lip color, but then I have to be careful with whatever I apply on top of it...if I use something too emollient it makes the lipstick slide around and makes the top coat a bit muddy.

I've been wanting to try the Lip Erase for awhile, if it's what I'm looking for I'll pick that up from this collection, and one each of the paint sticks!

Yup, I use Fleshpot to erase lip color right now, blotted down-- but it tends to dry out my lips after a while I'd love a product that glues l/s down to it but feels good!

i just use a tiny bit of concealer over my lips if i'm trying to get rid of the colour. it works for me so i won't be bothering with lip erase

I've wanted lip erase for ages and ages. When the girl did my makeup
at the Harrods mac counter she suggested select moisture cover as an
alternative but I am still wondering about getting lip erase. I'll have to
try it out when this collection arrives.

I have lip erase and find it quite drying. It may just be me, but I don't have dry lip issues in general or with other MAC lip products.
