I want both lippies and likely only the V greasepaint. B is pretty, but I don't think I'd wear it...I just don't wear blues.

Are the greasepaint sticks meant to be used as a base or an eyeliner? I know it sounds dumb...but i'm just checking
I swear V and B would look stunning as eyeliners.
