MAC Early Buzz - News for Upcoming Collections in 2014

I guess it's a sign I've snapped out of my MAC addiction for the past few years but I do not feel bad at all about not even seeing this mystery online exclusive. It felt like "meh, it's most likely something I already have or seen." I still love MAC, I just don't feel the need to get something from every collection.

I feel similarly, I think I've just reached a point where I have so much that if something isn't really unique I don't get as excited. Of course I still have times where I buy a color I just can't resist and probably don't need but it's not as often as before. I skipped a few collections this year that in the past I definitely would have been all over. I feel like there's only so many colors so after a while of collecting things are bound to just start repeating. But that's also a good thing for anyone who missed out on older collections bc it gives them a chance to grab some new colors

MAC is having some serious technical problems... I was so upset about missing Lavender Jade with the secret collection that I've been checking my local website constantly, and I discover that they've added a bunch of craaaaazy stuff: the Pedro Lourenco quad (which I don't think came out in my country), Divine Night shadows (still in stock!!), Glamour Daze eye shadows, Fashion Flower eye shadows, Warm & Cozy shade sticks and more!!! Mind you, 99% of it is sold out, so I don't know if it's just a glitch or if this stuff was really up for sale, but seriously??? What is going on????

The Pedro Lourenco Collection came out in our country it was just "hidden", you had to search for it and then you could find it.
Also the Osbournes Quads are online now, which is strange bec it has been said that this collection wouldn't be on our website.

I am hoping that at least the Simpsons will release early, and I have a feeling I will have to stalk for it, as it will probably go quickly. NG and AW I am less interested in tracking down so I am not too worried, The others seem like they are going to be mostly perm items, so less stalking required...

Nasty Gal is the one I'm worried about. The things I'm wanting from AW are perm so I can get them at any time. I don't want anything from any other collections that day.

6 collections on the same day is a bit overkill but I think simpsons launch is on Aug 28.

That is a lot of launches for one day, but they aren't all colour collections (Turquatic, Studio Sculpt) so I don't know how many people are actually going to want to buy from all of them. I loathe the Casual Colours (returned both of the ones I bought at the first launch) and have absolutely no interest at all in either Simpsons (hate that kind of packaging) or Nasty Gal. All I want is Pink Cult and Marsh from AW, so it will be a cheap haul for me.

It's funny, so many collections and there's only 1 or 2 that I MIGHT be interested in. I'm waiting to see swatches from Nasty Gal, and I need to see what is in the a Studio Sculpt collection. I also am not into the packaging of a The Simpsons. I am tempted by AW but I already have enough of those colors.
