I think I'm the only one who likes the new packaging on the Mineralize products.
At first I hated it. It looked so odd and weird. But then I had finally touched one and was quite happy. Seemed like it had a less chance to fall out of my hand by accident.

They do seem a bit sturdier than the old ones.
I never had the problem with the MSFS, but my MBs were horrible for the clear insert in the lid coming loose and being impossible to reattach. Seems like the new packaging won't have that issue, but I don't have any of the new Mineralize products with this packaging yet. I will, once this knitty collection comes out, though.

I still think it's weird that Disney named a mermaid after a Biblical archangel whose name means "Lion of God" or "Hearth of God."

Wait, which one? the one with black hair?
that was my fave in childhood :D
Ariel. It was a masculine name for millenia.

I don't think that's Lightscapade. It's too golden. I use LS almost every day that has more yellow in it. But it could be just from the pictures and the way it shows on her skin.
I agree. It looks a little more pigmented too, especially for someone with a darker skin tone.

Midnight Snack is one of my most favorite f/ls ever! :eyelove:  It's a beautiful, soft, mid-tone bluish grey that brings out my eye color so well - perfect for a very soft, subtly smokey eye and just deep enough to be good for wings too. Our Secret is great too - surprised to see it come back so soon, but then again, it's really handy for doing precise eye contouring under shadow. I am really liking the  Spring Forecast eye palette too. If they're CCBs that work like the new ones from AW, that'll be great. I've had zero creasing issues with Breaking Ground and Au Nature so far. I love my PPs too, but I'm not thrilled with mini versions for the maxi price, because the ones I have I really go through. I've got huge dents in Deeply Dashing and Damson. This is what happened with the EDES and that was a bummer. I know I'll still wind up with some of them, if I love the colors. That's the only problem I've ever had with either set of packaging, the dumb plastic insert. I only have one MSF in the new packaging so far and hate to report that the little plastic thing is still a menace. :/

That sucks. I bought a mineralize blush in the new packaging and the plastic insert is not a bother. What's going on with that?

Knit texture on makeup is old news. Revlon introduced it on their line of CustomEyes shadow palettes in 2010 (and still in drug stores until recently...) and then Physicians Formula copied the idea on some blush/bronzer a year later (adding some woven textures as well)
