I might have to get over my beef with MAC to pick up Stereo Rose and see what all the fuss is about! :)

The colour is very flattering on my tone, but I don't love the finish. It's a little too unforgiving on my skin. I'm going to give mine away; I have better options. Perfect Topping is probably better for the NW crowd - it would likely be too pink on me.
I know you're my skin twin and I love Perfect Topping! Maybe you should try it in-store?

I don't have any backups of any of my MSFs, I have so many that I rotate between that I've only put a noticeable dent in a couple of them! I don't think that I'm going to run out of any of them any time soon haha. I'm debating between stalking the site and going to my counter when it opens. On one hand I could stalk but then I'd have to wait forever and a day for my package to get here, or I can go to the counter when it opens, but probably miss the first 15 minutes of my class. I wouldn't be able to go to the counter until the late afternoon otherwise. Decisions decisions....
I have backed up exactly ONE MSF: Centre of Attention. It's the only one that I can use to perfect my whole face. It's almost like my beloved Elude, except with the option of blending in the gold color in whatever amount I need for a perfect match.

I missed Perfect Topping originally, so I will definitely check it out, but I'm one of those Stereo Rose nay-sayers. It was impressive when it first came out, and very unusual for the time, but now there are tons of blushes and beauty powders that do the same and with more refined texture. Everyone should at least see it, but it's not necessarily the be all end all of all skin finishes.

I'm sure that some NWs still like it, but there is no accounting for taste. :)

LOL. Now what about Perfect Topping - I'm NW10, and I already have Light Year, Rio, Shell Pearl, Veronica's Blush, WOG, Def Def & Superb. I don't need it, right?

I think you should consider getting PT. It's a very flattering shade on cool-toned/pink complexions.

I had a feeling you would say that! With all the highlighters I already have, I am only letting myself buy one this year, so it will have to be super fabulous to take that spot, but I will definitely swatch it now.

I opened a thread for the new CC products:

I wonder if the CC cream is the exact same product as the Fortified Skin Enhancer just with a different name (since they d/c that one).
