I found that if I use Internet Explorer I can vote as much as I like just by refreshing the screen after voting, and again, and again, and again. Doesn't work on Firefox though.

Good work on Guacamole, ladies! I was giving up hope to early, lol.
I have IE, and it doesn't let me vote twice :/ Maybe it is a certain version of IE, or maybe some setting, like cookies...I doubt that the glitch is due to people having a dynamic IP, because I have it too.
