I seriously will NEVER buy from Bloomingdale's again after this whole debacle. I received an email today saying my 2 OD's were returned as "undeliverable" - clearly whoever got them by mistake actually sent them back, which I didn't think would happen. But instead of fixing things and making it right by sending them to me, they credited my card and said if I would like to re-order them to call them. So I'm sure they were sold to someone else by now. Tried calling, was on hold for 45 minutes before I gave up. I can't even deal with how horrible their customer service is. I still have not received an email from anyone other than that generic one saying "Sorry for the inconvenience." I did some research and found the CEO's email and wrote a very lengthy, polite email telling them they have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. lol
