That's odd. We have it here, on the othe side of the Bottniska viken. I do recommend the London Pro (Foubert's Place). In my experience, they are not too fussy about B2M.
Mac Nordic (Swe, No, DK) have some logistics issues to sort before they can have a B2M programme here, belive me when i say that I ask about it each time I meet them :( But yeah, I've B2M'ed in Helsinki and they werent to fussy either!

if I buy a lip bag set and or eve and lip bag set can I only back to mac the whole set included (except the lip liners) or can I do it one by one? sorry I have never bought a complete set/bag before so I don't know and don't have time to browse through all threads with back2mac in them
[disregard bc I was wrong]

They're not at Fouberts Place any more, they've recently moved to Great Marlborough a few weeks ago

I B2MAC a lot. And, seriously, the girls rarely glance at it. I put my six items in a sandwich bag and they might count it but hardly ever.

We also have logistics issues: all the Mac stuff don't end up here!

Oh, thank you for letting me know! I have not been there this year, now I know where to go (just nearby it seems) next time.

Yes! I've had my six things in a very non-see-thru MAC bag before and they didn't even look inside. They just stapled a piece of paper to it, set it aside and then gave me my lipstick!

I think you should B2M even the case they come in, but if you take off stickers and it's not special packaging/the MUA is not informed, so... But there's so much varation (some follow the rules and some not), so it's difficult to say 100%. Can you ask the policy at your Mac?
Absolutely! Like I've said (sorry for reiterating, I just don't think this is something people are aware of!) ask them to please check the back of the Update book. It'll have the most recent (MAC tends to change the rules at least once a year...) B2M qualifications/acceptable products plainly written on one of the very back pages.

You don't need to B2M the case though! I wouldn't worry about stickers or anything. And like you said, turnover is so high at MAC there's a good chance no one will even pay attention to what is in your B2M bag. As an employee, all I used to look for were non-MAC products and (after the customer left) really old, cool LE stuff that I'd never gotten to see in person before.

If I remember, take a pic of the B2M rules as posted in the most recent Update book so everyone has access to them. ;)

I'm glad you said that, I thought full-sized items in a set had to all be counted as 1! The bad thing is we have no MAC counters here so I have to send in to MAC and can't get away with anything lol. I just B2M'd for the first time the other week for Silly Lipstick.

@iShadow THANK YOU!

so it shouldn't be an issue with me only back2mac a lipstick from the lip bags (lipgloss+lip liner+lipstick) for example?

regarding these items from this collection I'm guessing they are full sized items in the lip bags and the eye and lip bags right? :)

Yes, the bags are to my knowledge (they have been in the past).

Here you guys go. Let me know if it's too hard to read?

One line got cut off at the bottom. It just said that the program is available in North America but not in all markets.

So does that mean we can't B2M for limited edition regular packaging items? I just did it a few weeks ago (for Silly from Mac Is Beauty) but it seems like that's what it implies?

The cases can't be recycled, so there's no need to even bring them in. And they won't count as an empty container either. So no worries in that one.
Regarding B2M, would I be able to use an old chromagraphic pencil as one of the six items?
No because it's wooden. Only glass, metal or plastic makeup packaging.

No problem doing that at all. All full size items can be recycled. Even tho it says "not for individual sale" on the bottom, all that means is that someone can't buy just that one item from the set, nor can they return just that one item from the set. It's all or none. It has nothing to do with B2Ming the item. The only thing that affects B2M with regards to the holiday sets are the minis, and those, while listed as excluded items, have always been accepted if, and only if, you have all the minis that came in the set (all 5 glosses, all 5 pigments, etc.).

EDSFs are way too shimmering for my skin... I look soooo Fake. But, they are GREAT if you are darker complected. (P.S. Redhead, fair!!!)
