MM is part of the (formerly?) perm Pinkfreeze palette, which I own. It's quite a nice palette, better than this new one.

Hmm...was gonna get the Mauve palette for my mom, but now I'm not so sure. She doesn't like her eyeshadows to be super pigmented though so it's still a maybe.

Ha ha! It amazes me that MAC continues to churn out LE eyeshadow palettes with terrible pigmentation and quality, especially at their prices (!), when there are so many other brands offering palettes with excellent color payoff (Tarte, for example) and quality. Apparently the Morphe palettes have excellent pigmentation and are about USD $25. I dunno, I just don't get it.
