I'm trying to avoid all of the X9 palettes, but there is this part of me that feels like I need them all.

I think if I buy all of these I'll end up with a bunch of duplicates with what I have in my stash, including the bigger palettes.

I'm in search of the perfect brush to pick up product from the small pans. That's why I wish MAC would bring back the 226. I saw a Chicca brush on IG that looks good but I need to check if/where to get Chicca in the U.S.

I think some were but not all. But I think all were in that sale around the holidays but then they went back to regular price. I saw some discounted on department store sites a week or so ago. Check there too.

chikuhodo GSN-10 is a good alternative for the MAC226, it is sold on Beatylish for 21$.
