Well, to be honest, can't really say much about Trendmood this time, since Karly specifically shares the pics with TM (instead of the people here who defended and helped her when TM was stealing her pics) and doesn't seem to care that TM claims them as her own. Whole situation makes no sense to me. Either way, based on the swatches I saw, the blushes and eyeshadows don't look special at all. Even the supposed "soft lilac" eyeshadow is actually dark grey...MAC needs to stop that crap and give things accurate descriptions. It almost seems like they lie about the colors to trick people into buying them if they haven't seen swatches, because the descriptions are always so far off that it can't possibly be them actually thinking it's the color they claim.

I think MAC bases shade descriptions on what the color is supposed to be not how it turns out. It seems like they don't bother to change the description and they just roll with it. I also think it's funny when repromotes have different shade descriptions than the original release.

These just look like straight up shimmer eyeshadows that don't even seem that great pigment-wise. I can imagine a lot of people will buy them without seeing swatches and then end up very disappointed.

yeah I thought so too that they could possibly have a wet like finish/metallic-ED one before we saw swatches.. meh. they are not worth the name

Spellbinder, Cheek Pollen, and Pearl Sunshine look lovely.

The foil shadows look unimpressive and standard compared to the supposed metallic finish claims. I'd rather go for the Nars dual intensity, MUFE metallic finish (

), the new Kat Von D metal crush, or even Mac's extra dimension eye shadows than these. There are four that I like judging by the colors but they look dupable.

Totally not impressed with the shadows, not interested in the lippies, the blushes are too light for me....the only thing I may get is the 133 brush?

I like Enchanted Forest but it's so light. I wouldn't mind if MAC released more foiled shadows in a separate collection

From what I've seen of the shadows I still want to try 1 or 2 even though they're subtle. I like delicate colors for work and they look like they could even be good toppers for other shadows

It's still fairly early but I have a feeling I won't like the Lippe's. The shadows I might give it a try.
