You have answer from Mac NL!? I seriously mailed them freakin' three times!! THREE TIMES about a package that I ordered on the 19th that hasn't gotten here yet and NO ANSWER!!!

I have asked about an order before and then I got an answer within an hour...why so long this time?! I'm so frustrated ARGHH!!

I called them today, that's why I got an "answer". My experience with MAC & mail is that they may or may not react, somewhere between a week or half a year time span... Sigh...

BTW: I dislike GLS. It seems MAC has a contract with them to save money, because months ago I received my package from MAC UK earlier than MAC NL (week and a half or so???) Ridiculous. I think they save money if GLS brings your package if they happen to be in the neighbourhood...

Ok, this is the 3rd time I'm trying to write this. Even my computer (or the browser) keeps crashing down today.

It was me who mentioned By Request on the UK site. I was really annoyed when Mac Mail Order told me that I cannot order anything from MM before 3pm even though it was up 10-15 past 2pm already. Then I turned on my patience and waited for two hours at my work desk after work for By Request to show up too, other than the title on the Site Map. Meanwhile I found the other new stuff: Spring Trend Palettes, new Pro Palettes + inserts, lipstick extentions! By the time I decided to order By Request was not up, BUT at the end I was able to order all (read: much MORE) I wanted - By Request included!!!

Now I'm just waiting fingers crossed that I actually receive all the items I ordered.

Yes, I called the Mail Order. I was lucky to finally get an employee who was 'on the map' unlike the other two before her. She managed to find the BR stuff (although I'm not sure if she was allowed to sell them yet - maybe I should call and make sure my order really is ok).

GLS is horrible. The last time I contacted Mac about a package was because I got an email from them first. They told me my package arrived back at the warehouse, because GLS wasn't able to deliver it! I was like WTF I didn't even get a note that I can pick it up somewhere. For my first ever order from Mac NL I did receive a note and I could pick it up, so I didn't understand why I didn't get one this time. And now I'm afraid the package I'm waiting for now will be send back to the warehouse again. I'm so afraid something will go wrong when I order By Request

So far I haven't had bad experiences with GLS (ordered 2 times) but I've heard a lot of bad things about GLS!

I hope all you ladies get all you want!!! I am up at an ungoshly early hour every morning cus my husband's work so I was able to order what I wanted from MAC and then when I realized I probably would not be able to swatch at leisure the blushes/bp/e/s I was able to order from Macy's. Even still I am freaking out for you. May the shopping mojos be with you
