That doesn't make sense at all. Nordstrom has canceled my order before. I wish they could just tell us before we place our orders. Not fair.

I saw a YouTube haul video and the girl was wearing Charmed in sure but it was lightly applied almost like a tint and now I'm obsessed. I think I need to do some calling around my local stores.

so annoyed at Nordstroms I ordered the silver screen eyeshadow and it got canceled but its still showing on the site!!

I wore my Legendary blush for the first time tonight when I went out to dinner. Oh my! It is gorgeous!

Works fine for me because I was iffy on it due to the color (and ordered it without having swatched it because it was all the store in question had left), but that is weird.

Anyone else have that happen to them? I am very, very pale, and very, very blatantly cool toned.

I didn't get Legendary but I do have the same thing happen when I wear Launch Away. Now I want to get Legendary.

thank you but I can't use my Nordstrom card on belks lol that's all I can use right now lol.. and I hit one for me already but my friend missed out. I may just give her one of my dazzle gloss since I bought both.... idk yet lol

That makes me want to track down Launch Away then, too! I'm thrilled with Legendary.

Not bad at all! I've saved almost every piece of packaging I have. Mainly because I'd intended to use them for storage but I've yet to do so - I won't throw the packaging out though, esp the Marilyn ones.
i like your new profile pic! is that one of the marilyn lipsticks?

I ordered Pure Zen from Nordstrom and it should have arrived yesterday but something weird is going on with UPS. It didn't arrive Thursday so when I checked on tracking it said, "Pkg delay-add'l security check by gov't or other agency- beyond UPS control."

So it was out for delivery again today and now it says: "A correct street number is needed for delivery. UPS is attempting to obtain this information. / A postcard has been sent to the recipient requesting that they contact UPS." I checked my order and I put the correct address plus I have my address saved in my Nordstrom account. I guess I will try to call them tomorrow if they are open and if not on Monday. I'm worried after hearing the other unfortunate UPS stories.

Got my Legendary from Belk today. Came in a large box for just a blush but it was packaged in a way that showed that they cared that I received it safely. It was even in a ziploc baggie. I was impressed. I will have to remember Belk with further collections on stuff I miss out on. Now I just need my LG and SI to arrive from Belk. Of course those were put online after I ordered my Legendary but oh well I'm just glad to have them.

Same here....we usually don' t even get the light foundations in Germany because there seems to be no demand.
They're not in my area! Everyone is fake baked to the eyeballs, usually quite orange! Pale isn't "in" over here - I'm not complaining though, more BP's for me!

Is anybody else experiencing problems with specktra? I can read posts, but most other functions like quotes, likes, pm's, my lists etc do not work??? When I write a post I get the error "please write a message"??? Only when I preview my message and then submit it works. Anybody?

I had placed an order with nordstorm before....it was a MSF, was so happy to see it after it was sold out every where.
But when arrived, it was sent in an envelop (a powder shipped in envelop, wow), worse part was the powder was broken into small pieces, no longer attached to the casing, kind of difficult to use it. I guess before i ordered, it could have already broken and hence was returned by another customer, since it is kind of weird to only restock one piece (i ordered 2 pieces, one was cancelled, too good to be true?)

Called the CS about the return shipping, whether it was out of my expense- the answer was yes, according to the CS. (that time, they did not have free return policy yet). the next thing after the return , you can see it is back up on website.
Telling from personal experience, I think MAC on line is better in term of customer service should there any issue. bloomingdales, nordstorm - order getting cancelled (even though you can understand there could be situation that is out of their control, sometimes they - the store don't even bother to inform you upfront as if it is no biggie, that you have waited, caught with surprise and upset) , you have to pay return shipping even though it is not your problem...(in the past)

I haven't had this problem, MACerette, but I have only posted a few times off and on today. Have you tried it on two different browsers to see if that helps?

Something might have happened to part of the address label when the government or agency was checking the package. I would definitely give them a call and see if it can get straightened out. Hope it all works out for you!

Thanks for the tip! I'm trying right now :) Yes, I believe using Google chrome instead of IE does the trick.
