Pasty girls thats not a nice way to put it I am NC15 and sometimes I think I look as white as the walls in my house I really wish I had some color but can't get any in the middle of winter but even in summer I am very pale.

what's wrong with using the word pasty? i'm super white too ya know, and i have no problems calling myself that. there's nothing wrong with being pale, and if you can't make fun of yourself then there's something wrong.

I quite enjoy being pasty also. And at 47 I don't let the sun near me. I was a sun worshiper back in the day but no more. I am a light NC15 and wish I had that almost white Nicole Kidman paleness.

haha I remember when I was in grade 5 I went to this school where I was the only pale girl in the class. It was my first day of school and someone came by me, took my arm and with such wide eyes said "wow your so white...your like...a...covergirl!" Every time I remember it, I can't help but laugh because it's such an ackward thing to say to someone. I guess covergirls were only white in those days...

does that help?

YES! It does

Thank you!
I hope it has decent payoff and still isn't too light, even if it's better than RO, which I may return

I love being pale and fair

And plus, most of the time, colors will come out quite true on my skin. So, yay for that! And you can call me pasty as many times as you want

In fact, in Asia, most women try to be as fair as they can be. It's ridiculous how many brightening and whitening products you can find here in Asia. And they sell like hot cakes.

Mind you, I'm pale naturally.

Shouldn't there be more product images around by now? March is right around the corner. I just went though 25 pages of this thread and all I came out with was this:

Also, I'm wondering, if I want a product to use as a highlight on cheeks and such, would Shell Pearl from this collection or Marine Life from To the Beach be a better choice? (If it matters, I'm a pale girl too, but by April I intend to have some color, real or fake

For a highlighter, definately Shell Pearl. Iheartmakeup, who already has the Marine Life powder said that it is coral underneath the shimmery overspray, so I am guessing it should be used as more of a blush, rather than for highlighting.

Oh, ok. Thanks. I guess that was the "better" possibility of the two since Liberty comes out sooner..

arghh, I had totally forgotten about that gray e/s. I can never pass up a gray.

So it will be Bough Gray and Free to Be e/s, the two amp cream lipsticks and Shell Pearl bp

I am wondering how wearable Blooming Lovely is for a NC15/20?!
It is described as a creamy greyed lilac mauve. When a lip product is mauve, it has to be mine, but from the swatches it reminds me of Lavender Whip.

Apart from that I have Bough Grey and Birds & Berries on my list and maybe Prim & Proper blush.
