I was perfectly nice about it
I want them to want to help me so I am never rude to people in the service industry. I remember what the product was too now - Dazzleglass. And this was long after the initial release (more than a year) so her flipping out about me knowing about a re-release was a bit silly.
I know what it's like to have people be snotty about knowing more than you do about your own field (I work at a Vet clinic and am currently completing my undergrad in Biology, volunteer at the Veterinary College and plan on applying but clients always think they know more than the staff!) but everything has to be treated on an individual basis.
I was just annoyed with her attitude. I know they don't know how much money I spend there, but
I know I spend more than the average consumer at MAC and it bothers me when I get poor service, especially since I'm an easy sale - I rarely ask for assistance and almost always make a large purchase!
