I'm sorry this has most likely been covered. I know that Free To Be e/s is perm. But didn't it come out in a previous collection? My brain has zapped out on me and can't remember which one. I'm not sure if I have it in a quad or palette or at all. Thanks.

Free to Be came out with the addition of colours to perm line I think late January. It was released at the same time as Lucky Green, winkle.... It's perm at the stores so no rush for that one

Based on swatches and pics I have seen I am very interested in:
Frankly fresh and perennial high style lipglass
prim and proper blush
shell beauty powder
Although I can't say for sure what I will get until I see everthing in person. It seems like 75% of the time stuff looks so much different in person and I either end up not liking what I though I would or sometimes I even like things I thought I would not be interested in. Does this happen to anyone else??

Yes, there is a Free to Be Quad I think, and there is a color called Free to Be but it's not the same- it's gray, not pink

i really wanted dame's desire but from the swatches it looks exactly like stars&rockets, which i already have
prim and proper blush looks interesting although that's not a color i usually go for.

That was what I was thinking of, thank you. And that's why I didn't get it in pan when I got Lucky Green. I kept thinking I had it in a quad. I'll wait and get it in a pan and save a little $. And since I have Dame’s Desire in a palette from Dame Edna I don't need that.
I really hope Prim & Proper blush is what I'm hoping for, just a lovely everyday wearable shade.

I have revised my list. I'm not getting the white nail polish. It would probably look crazy with my coloring anyway and even though Blue India looks awesome and blue is my fave color, I'd rather buy OPI.
I'm also skipping the BPB's. They don't stand out enough and may look ashy on me. I was only interested in Summer Rose anyway.
I'll just take Blooming Lovely and Petals & Peacocks lipstick, Prim and Proper blush, and A Different Groove lipglass. Saving money feels good. Ha!
