i'm the same as you! the last grey i got was silverthorn and it's awesome! absoluetly stunning! but i am hoping that some more positive reviews for bough grey come out because i was excited for it too!

Add me to the ones hoping Bough Grey is pretty. It was the first color I was drawn to in this collection (Shell Pearl doesn't count as a color).

Thank you! It might be exactly why I waited too long on deciding whether to get Redhead or not - glitter. I remember swatching it at different counters and walking away every time. It was extremely pretty though

Will the Shell Pearl satisfy my craving for some natural peachy-pink sheen? Even then, I have so many highlighters I don't use, they all disappear into my skin with no effect... Maybe 'cuz my skin is already peachy-pink in tone as DH says. That's an interesting idea to ponder upon. I could pull nearly any color of clothing except muted beige peachy-pink, which makes me look kind of naked and washed out but is so pretty apart from me

I'll do some eBay searches for Redhead as we have no CCO around. That Redhead keeps haunting my thoughts

I do have Azalea Blossom so I'm not sure if I can justify buying Summer Rose (I'm sure you ladies can though

) I'm so glad I didn't buy it in Rose Romance, I hated that fugly rose form it came in. But it really is a dreamy colour...is it really more noticeably pigmented now?

EDIT: Ok I just read the previous pages and hopefully the prices haven't gone up - phewee!!

ITA - I have the one from RR and rarely use it because it's so difficult to work with. I am, however, getting the one from this collection because it looks like it is more pigmented and has a touch more shimmer. I think that RR rose embossing screwed up the color payoff.......

In my experience the choice of wire cutter is critical. My husband's = disaster, the more delicate one I found in the crafts dept at Walmart = success. Also be really careful with the amount of alcohol you use and the angle of the pot when you insert the alcohol; it can easily travel to the other end of the pan before you know it and get drawn up into the shadow by capillary action. So use as little alcohol as possible or better yet before using any first try just moving your paring knife back and forth under the pan to loosen it without using any alcohol at all. HTH!

Yes, the prices posted by Bunny are the exact same as Canadian prices and American and Canadian prices will never be the same sadly

. But I do love how you guys all freak out over the idea of a price hike where us Canadians are actually paying those prices for our MAC! Our exchange rate is nearly the same, and I do understand it fluctuates and these past 2 years have been uncalled for but $8 difference is a lot of money

. I don't understand how you European ladies afford MAC w/ the huge price differentiation from American and Euro prices. I feel you girlies!

meh, I don't mind the storm, plus they got more snow than us this year down South, haha! The weather is a minor thing to me compared to a lot of benefits that comes with living in Canada
