Oh WOWWW that auction sold for $350, which is $150 less than it added up to retail! AND the winning bidder is a username I recognize from here/LJ/MUA, so it's one of us

There is just so much I want from this collection! But I definately have to wait till some swatches and real-life pictures start appearing before I begin to finalize my shopping list!

^^^ I saw that today! But there's a lot of people who do go crazy for that lipstick. I would never wear anything that bright but i guess its all about getting your hands on a collector's item for some of the really die hard MAC fans!

Despite the packaging, I find this collection more interesting than Fafi, because of the finishes. Eyes shadows in veluxe pearls and frosts vs. velvets, lustres and repromotes. Satin and Amplified Creams vs. glazes. Real beauty powders vs Iridescent pressed powders, aka Glitterbombs. I'm definitely checking collection when March 8th rolls around.

That Smooth Harmony BP looks rockin' on NC45s. I use it a contour/blush/bronzer and LOVE IT (I'm NW25).

Yeah, me too. The only turn off for me is the packaging.

I am interested in the finishes too. As far as lipsticks go I only have lustres and glazes (which is fine, but I'd like to try others). I am just so excited for this. I will have to choose wisely because I won't have much money, but I just love it. the packaging has grown on me and I can't wait to have those hot pink babies in my possession.

Thanks, MAC-Whore! Now I can't wait to get it. I wasn't around during the Diana Ross Icon collection so I'm so excited to try this beauty powder.....NW45 for reference.
