So, for those who have Earthshine, what exactly am I looking for with my swirl? I don't want one that's really dark I don't think....Just prepping for my visit to the store tomorrow. I will be there @ 950! Must be the first one in line :)

I just wanted to share with you my very unique looking Star Wonder MSF. It is essentially a blush, and an extremely pigmented one at that, since almost the whole MSF is made up of the colored swirls. It was love at first sight for me, although I now wonder if I should get another more 'typical' looking one...

You probably want one like Dreamer246's, less burgundy the better.

This is EXACTLY how I wanted my SW to look like! I think I'm going to go swirl hunting for a replacement tomorrow. If I can find one, I'll prob have my first one available if anyone wants it, haha. Don't want to return it and have it destroyed.

Hehe. How does your current one look like? If you ever want to get rid of it, I may buy it off you. ;)

I wonder if the swirls do affect the pigmentation of the product. Mine is CRAZY pigmented because of the predominant colored swirls. I have to use a really light hand with it or end up looking clownish, which is rare of MSFs. Oh well, which means it will probably last me for a really long time. :D

As far as the mes my two cents is that Water is skipable. After playing around with it more, I've found that it's not too hard to pick up the individual colors, so you can get a nice chartreus-y shade and a lighter shimmery green but for me the pigment isn't there. It seems to fade on me faster than other mes.

I picked up all the MSF's and Cut a Caper from my pro store last week. Only got to play with each MSF that day and noticed some had a weird nickel-type smell. I noticed my Extra Dimension skin finishes and shadow had a weird smell too, but didn't think much of it since those were all new types of products to MAC. I have other MSF's to compare these to, however, and something's not right. I was so confused that I even thougth it could have been my 187 brush (thankfully not)! Anyone else experiencing this or am I just cray-cray?

Also, I've always passed up the Volcanic Ash Exfoliant when it was released in the past, because I've always used Origins' Modern Friction or Lush's Ocean Salt. Anyone out there that can compare???...... Or talk me into buying it tomorrow...

^ That is one gorgeous Star Wonder you have there! I want to pick up a really purple one myself, just waiting to see what kind is included in my order which will HOPEFULLY arrive today.
