Dang it, I am trying not to put in a third order, but I missed out on Earthy and now I think I need it AND Cusp of Dawn. mac Guy you are responsible for more of my lemmings than I want to admit (but you are always right on, so I can't ignore it either)

Any pale ladies loving RoS? I just cannot see that looking good on my pastey porcelain skin...
You don't even want to know how many CoD I got. ROFL.

Your Light Year is hypnotizing

Do you use the tip of it or are you also able to use each side separately? I haven't tried it with mes yet, but I will do so for sure! I hope it will help to get rid of some of the glitter in Shimmermint.
The synthetic side gets rid off (some of) the glitter, then I blend it out with the natural hair side.

The House of Fraser counter in Guildford had probably 12-15 of each product, or at least the MSFs as those were the only things I picked out. Plus there was noone else there at 12.30 pm. Couldn't believe there wasn't a huge lunchtime rush!

My usual store had about 10 of each product, but not the swirls I wanted (I got lucky out-of-state though).

I remember with the previous Mineralize collection, some people were wanting to depot their shadows, but didn't know what sort of palette they could put them in (others, like me, wouldn't dare risk it). I see there is now a Z palette designed especially for this http://www.love-makeup.co.uk/dome-palette-p-5416.html

If you had to choose between star wonder and light year, which one would be best? I'm NC15 and cannot decide, but am also on a budget and can only purchase one! (Which one is more unique?)

I'd say Star Wonder. Light Year is gorgeous, but it's more of a generic highlighter. If you choose a pink/purple Star Wonder, it will make a gorgeous blush on you.

Does anybody think fire sign is worth the buy or are there better dupes?
I like Fire Sign and think it's worth the purchase. I don't have anything like it, but I don't know if there are better dupes. bobbiedoll03 mentioned that it swatches close to Viva Glam Cyndi, but isn't as coral. I don't have that lipstick to compare.

I love Fire Sign, it's a pretty red easy to wear. I used my BB cream ( Clinique ) and a touch of Bella Bamba, and wore Fire Sign. It's not a deep red quite the opposite, I would say there are pink and amber pigments in it. perfect for summertime and all seasons. I have many red lipsticks ( matte, cremesheen, others and other brands ), this one is red but not a bold red at all.

Star Wonder and Light Year are both so pretty! Actually, all of the MSFs were, I might have to go back for either CotU or Earthshine-- this collection is a real stunner. I really like the purple "swirl" in my Star Wonder (kinda reminds me of a wave, or a spooky haunted house tree coiled into itself), and the fact that most of the shimmery bronzed part is around the outside so I can easily control how much of it I use

Venus is also super pretty (and they let me B2M for it)! It's close to my natural lip color, but with a really pretty shimmer to it, love!

So I went to a MAC Pro store to do B2M for lipsticks from this collection. The MUAs told me I couldn't get them. I picked out two perm lipsticks. Then I went to the Nordstrom MAC counter and they said they could give me HC lipsticks. I'm kind of mad! Luckily, I got the second-to-last Cut a Caper. Woo.

ARRGH! I did a pre-sale in my local shop. So watching everyone's swirls and swatches from their on-line purchases has been killin' me, but i knew i'd have mine on the 5th... And you guys and guyettes are such awful enablers i even added a few things to my bag:

Earthshine MSF (ADDED)
Solar Ray Blush (ADDED)
Stratus Blush
Earthly E/S
Magnetic Attraction E/S
Neo Nebula E/S
Bright Moon E/S

However, my 91-year old Mom is having some new health issues. She has fairly severe Alzheimer's, and now it appears she has some other problems, but the family won't know exactly what until after the 18th when she's due for some tests. I can't be here then, as the music and dance performance group i'm in is preparing for a concert on the 21st playing music to accompany an aerial silk dancer and some Tesla coils (check out films on-line). So i drove down here on Tuesday for a week long visit.

That means i can't pick up my bag of HC goodies until next Friday, a week from tomorrow.

But today i have to run some errands for her caretaker, so i'm heading to the MAC store in the area for a little R&R and to see if they still have:
Light Year MSF - Peachy pink with gold shimmer
Sky E/S - Green gold, turquoise and cobalt melange

Keep enjoying your hauls and posting those bee-you-tee-ful swatches!

You crack me up Spanky! I was the same way....when I first got to the MAC counter my hands were actually shaking (combo of too much coffee and excitement)! The lady must of thought I was on drugs, lol. Now all i keep doing is walking in to the other room where my vanity is to check my swirls! Then a few more minutes pass, and I am compelled to check them again!:eyelove:
